Medium & High-pressure Series Piston Compressors

o Related moving parts processed by precision balance are particularly stable in running with low noise.
o Durable element air cleaners, after the adoption of imported filter paper, have good effects of filtration and noisedamping.
o The structure of oil separation is specially designed for the front end cover, and the pressure vent valve doesn’t bleed for clean engine body with extremely low fuel consumption.
o For the functional residual capacity, four types are available for options to meet the different needs of users. They are: automatic air control, automatic electronic control, dual air-and-electronic control (manual switch) and intelligent control (automatic switch according to different situations).
● The adoption of monomer casting chromeplate ring makes the service life 3-4 times longer.
● In the principle of redundancy design, multitude protective measures are taken in order to ensure air compressor highly safe and reliable: motor overload, overheating, phase loss, under-voltage automatic protection; unloading, drainage and venting when stopping to ensure zero-voltage start-up; and pressure sensor for start-up under zero pressure.
● Every no-load start is guaranteed by automatic flow adjustments, as well as automatic drainage and inter-stage exhaust when unloading.
● The timing drain valve ensures each drainage and interval time adjustable. It guarantees regular inter-stage drainage of compressor after long time continuous operation and effectively prevents excessive water from liquid hammering.
Low Exhaust Temperature
Low exhaust temperature (displacement of 1.0m3/min, exhaust pressure of 7.0mpa , exhaust temperature ≤ 170 ℃, outlet temperature treated by aftercooler is only 15 ℃ ~ 20 ℃higher than the ambient temperature).
