Through precision machining and boring by dedicated machine, a certain standard of parallelism is maintained, which guarantees more smooth and stable operation, and isn’t prone to oil loss.
Crankcase
The center bore and every plane of bearing are processed at a time by the same one CNC integrated finisher to ensure parallelism and verticality.
Belt pulley of air compressor
Regulated by strict dynamic balance, the employment of cast iron fan, with strong second-round effects and low noise, makes the air compressor operation more stable.
