"Orient" screw compressors have the following advantages:
1. High reliability: Due to less parts and no wearing parts, so the compressors feature reliable operation and long service life as well as overhaul interval of up to 40,000 ~ 80,000 hours;
2. Convenient operation and maintenance: with a high degree of automation, operators do not have to get a long period of professional training, enabling unmanned operation;
3. Good dynamic balance: the smooth high-speed operation without foundation can be achieved with no inertial force of imbalance, particularly suitable as the movable compressors, with such strengths as small size, light weight and small area;
4. High adaptability: with the feature of mandatory air transmission, the volume flow is almost free from the effects of exhaust pressure, and high efficiency can be maintained in a broad range of rotate speed.
5. Host: the large-diameter screw rotor is adopted, and the direction connection way of high elastic coupling is employed between host and diesel engine with no speed increasing gear to achieve better reliability; the rotate speed of host consistent with that of diesel engine (not exceeding 2400r/min) with longer service life.
6. Diesel engine: Dongfeng Cummins and Yuchai domestic brands are selected, in line with the European II emission requirements with low fuel consumption. With the after-sales service system covering the whole country, better and quick service can be enjoyed by users.
7. Good adaptation: diesel engine accelerators (air displacement) can be automatically adjusted based on the air amount, without wasting a drop of diesel. This is equivalent to the variable frequency control of electric screw machine.
8. Operating parameters can be understood fully at a glance, and multiple functions of reminder and alarming as well as shutdown protection are realized. |
